If there is one thing that has been lacking in the Hobart food scene for some time, it is a good choice of juice bars.
That is, until now.
The creators of Ethos have been gifting Hobart with exquisite food that many of us are familiar with, and now - as of last week - have opened their new juice bar next door to Ethos, Vita: Nature and Culture.

To be precise, it's actually a frozen yoghurt bar (or "froyo") first and foremost. Whether this is openly accepted by restaurants or not, you and I as diners are judging our experiences from the first moment of contact with any dining venue. We may not be openly discussing it with our dining partners (or with our social media followers), but subconsciously we are all thinking about different elements of the overall dining experience. Being the food lovers that we are, we are always on the lookout for new restaurants, cafes and other eateries to try in Hobart and the greater Tasmanian area. And while the Taco Taco Mexican street food van is not exactly new, if you are not in the "know" or up with the local food scene you may have never heard of it either.
If you follow their Facebook page you will be notified of exactly where in Hobart they will be popping up.
